About Happy Face Studios

What?

Happy Face Studios is a developer of retro-style, arcade-style and catoon-style video games for PCs, Macs, Linux-based computers, and mobile devices such as cell phones, Palm devices, Windows Mobile and Blackberrys.

Why?

Happy Face Studios was started because the founders felt that great retro-style games were not being created anymore. Happy Face Studios was formed to fill the need for video games that had a cool, retro style combined with over the top gameplay.

Who?

The company was formed by Don Marges, who at the time was a second year Computer Programming student with a passion for developing mobile games in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada.

When?

The company was started over a year ago while one of the founders was still in college.

Where?

Happy Face Studios is located in Port Colborne Ontario, which is in the Niagara Region (close to Niagara Falls and St.Catharines) of Canada. We are one of the only developers in the region that develop mobile games.
